I work on the Kendall Bergstrom Team backed by decades of real estate experience and specialize in helping first-time homebuyers and first-time sellers, regardless of their pet parenthood status. Past clients will tell you I’m proactive, communicate clearly, respond quickly, and provide guidance and education with emotional support and patience to make the experience as stress-free as possible. I also work with people planning to relocate or looking to invest. This process can be intimidating, but I’m here to make sure my clients understand the timeline of events, how the pieces fit together, and have the right network of contacts and resources backing them to achieve their real estate goals.
I bought my first condo in Portland when I was 26 and sold it at the height of the 2021 market. That transaction allowed me to buy the Beaverton home I live in today. I know what kind of real estate broker I wanted on my side through this experience and now strive to be that advocate for my clients. I wouldn't be where I am today without the amazing people that have helped me along the way. I have found knowing the right person can make all the difference. With an extensive list of preferred vendors, I work closely with some of the area's top lenders, credit recovery teams, and financial advisers to ensure no matter your situation, you will have a successful outcome.
To give everyone the highest standard of service possible, I take on a small number of clients and dedicate myself to helping them find the neighborhoods that best fit their lifestyle and price point. Joining me along for the ride are my tree-climbing arborist partner, Wade, and, you guessed it, our two dogs, Rosie and Olive. Together we're raising the equity in our home, one YouTube tutorial and home remodel project at a time. Wade takes care of the trees, I obsessively keep tabs on the world of real estate, and the dogs make sure no one gets too busy to pet them.
